ZLX-TQ HIGH SPEED BREATHABLE FILM LINE

The ZLX-TQ lines are designed for breathable film industries. Mainly includes PE breathable film lines for producing hygienic/sanitary materials, medical care and protection usage, composite usage and PP contained breathable membranes for construction and geotechnical fields.In MDO treatment part we have horizon type and vertical type for chosen according to the space limit.

Catering to the different needs and requirements, the above lines could be equipped with single-layer / multi-layer co-extrusion system, deep embossing devices. And functional units such as corona system, defect detection, inline thickness gauge, automatic adjustment T-DIE, inline slitting system, unloading & weighing system ,remote maintenance and other functional parts can also be chosen according to real requirement.
