ZLX-SE Solar Energy And Cell-Use Encapsulant Film/Backpanel Film丨Glass Adhesive Laminating Film Lines

ZLX-SE series is mainly used to produce special electrochemical films such as encapsulant film / backpanel film / LiBS film etc.. This series includes specialized lines that uses EVA/POE, PVDF, PE resins with specific photoelectric chemical properties to extrude and produce encapsulant film / backpanel film by single screw or co-extrusion process. There are also lines that use EVA / PVB and other hot laminated materials to produce glass adhesive laminating film through extrusion, tempering and shaping processes. In the latest application field, a dry lithium battery film equipment that uses PE/PP polyolefin resin with  crystalloid implantation for and extrusion orientation process to produce dry process LiBS films. Relevant lines can be customized according to customers' specific process requirements.
