In response to the diversified market demand of medium and low-speed traditional films, we simplify the control and mechanical structure of casting lines on the basis of retaining the core function of casting, then we made ZLX-O series. This series is mainly for embossed / frosted film casting purpose, which can be customized on demand. The mainly used extrusion materials could be polyolefin resin such as PE/PP,or elastomer such as TPE/EVA/TPU/POE, or other thermoplastic materials.The produced films will be able to have embossed, matte, frosted, deep embossed surface structure, and are widely used in the industries of hygienic/sanitary materials, medical care and protection materials, decoration materials, household consumables, architectural/construction materials,etc..Catering to the different needs and requirements, the above lines could be equipped with single-layer / multi-layer co-extrusion system, secondary embossing unit or perforating devices. And functional units such as material component proportion measurement loading system, corona system, defect detection, inline thickness gauge, inline slitting system, unloading & weighing system ,remote maintenance and other functional parts can also be chosen according to real requirement.In situations of wide film width, high coil weight or insufficient labor, an upgraded cost-effective ZLX-A line with automatic friction coil changing system in this series is strongly recommended.
