ZLX-HS HIGH PERFORMANCE CAST FILM LINE

This series of machines are extrusion casting process lines, which can be customized as needed to produce film or sheet in different forms such as high-transparency, transparency, semi transparency, mattee, embossing, and deep embossing. They are widely used in the producing of sanitary material films, medical base films, packaging films, printing films, protective films, decorative films, geotechnical construction materials films, agricultural films, photoelectric films, release films, structural functional films, and other industrial membrane. Suitable raw materials for the machine lines include polyolefins, elastomers, and modified functional resins, such as PE/PP/PO/EVA/TPU/TPE/TPX/PBT/ASA/POE/TPO/EMMA/PVB/PLA/PBAT/PA/PMMA/EVOH/PVC/PVDF/PET/PET/PES/PEEK and corresponding fillers and additives.

According to the product structure, the lines can be selected in the form of single layer and multi-layer co-extrusion. They can also be equipped with automatic raw material metering and batching system, corona system, defect detection, online thickness measurement, fully automatic DIE adjustment, inline slitting, roll unloading and weighing, remote maintenance system and customized components.
