Common adjustment methods for eccentric wear of laminating machine

In the application process, the laminating machine is relatively prone to various problems. After encountering a problem, we should check it in time to avoid damage to the compound machine. Let us explain how to adjust the timing of eccentric wear on a compound machine.
2. If the laminating machine has eccentric wear, it is necessary to check the matching accuracy of the piston and the cylinder liner, and take measures to avoid eccentric wear in the production process. When replacing the sealing ring, the laminator should pay attention to safety to avoid bringing in stolen goods. Before operation, the "thimbles" at the four corners of the (lower beam) support stability. The compound machine starts from the bushing ring (the pressure ring of the large diameter piston is too heavy, so the compound machine can be lifted with a small manual hoist), take out the sealing rings one by one with a wire hook, replace with new ones, and then hold them tightly pressure ring.

3. The laminating machine has some air leakage, which can be repaired by electric welding. After welding, the water pressure should be tested, the pressure should be 1.2-1.4 times the steam pressure, and the welded joint should be flat. If the leak is caused by severe internal corrosion, it should be replaced. Avoid "flanging" the seal. The sealing ring replaced by the compound machine should be carefully inspected, and the damage factors should be analyzed in order to take preventive measures.
4. Asbestos packing sealing equipment is used for many rolling joints of the steam pipe of the laminating machine steam pipe sealing ring. At high temperatures, asbestos packing tends to harden and cause air leakage. It is better to choose a ball joint with better sealing performance and a polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring, and the sealing ring can be used for about one year. The laminating machine is made of polytetrafluoroethylene and also has asbestos thread impregnated with vinyl plastic, which can be pressed in the original packing box, but it is inconvenient to use. When replacing the sealing ring, the ring behind the sphere should be blocked with a bevel of 45, but the sealing effect will not be affected.
5. If the laminator is damaged or different size sheets are not allowed to enter the laminator. No liner is allowed to directly restrain fiberboard. When the laminating machine is shut down for a long time, the steam condensate in the laminating machine must be purged in time to avoid internal corrosion. Part (or all) of the complex machine is not hot, which indicates a blocked internal passage. Or there is a "short circuit" in the channel.
6. Generally speaking, the laminating machine is caused by the original fixed "plug" in the laminator channel falling off or moving its direction, but sometimes it is also caused by severe corrosion. If there are many exhaust devices in the compound machine, the temperature of some of the exhaust devices still does not return to normal. The compound machine requires a special deep hole drill to open access, check and clear obstacles before it can continue to be used.
